1️⃣ Send Your Enquiry
Start by telling us:
• which programme you’re interested in
• preferred dates
• number of guests
• any special requests (villa vs. hotel, activities, mobility needs)
We reply within 24 hours with availability and a personalised proposal.
2️⃣ Receive Your Tailored Itinerary & Price
Based on your preferences, we prepare:
• final accommodation options
• detailed weekly plan
• exact price based on group size
• what’s included / optional add-ons
• next available dates
You can ask as many questions as needed — no pressure, no commitment.
3️⃣ Confirm Your Booking
When you're ready to secure your spot, we send you:
• booking confirmation
• payment schedule
• terms & conditions
• travel preparation guide
You simply approve it by email.
Some Extra:
Your tour becomes free if you buy a property through us — we’ll deduct the full amount from the purchase price.
4️⃣ Pay the Reservation Deposit (25%)
Your 25% deposit confirms:
• your accommodation
• your selected week
• all pre-booked activities
• transfers & guides
→ This deposit becomes non-refundable 45 days before arrival, as we secure villas and partner services exclusively for you.
5️⃣ Second Payment (50%) – 30 Days Before Arrival
Covers accommodation and scheduled activities.
You will receive a friendly reminder.
6️⃣ Final Payment (25%) – 10 Days Before Arrival
This finalises your full programme and all reservations.
7️⃣ Receive Your Travel Pack
10 days before the programme you receive:
• arrival instructions
• check-in details
• meeting point / driver contact
• weather tips
• what to pack
• emergency numbers
• programme highlights
Everything prepared, nothing to worry about.
8️⃣ Welcome to Costa Blanca!
We meet you at the airport or meeting point, and your week begins.
Relax — we take care of the rest.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit refundable if cancelled 60 days before arrival
-
50% refund for cancellations 45–30 days before arrival
-
25% refund for cancellations 30–14 days before arrival
-
No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival
-
Date changes possible with 45+ days notice, subject to availability
-
Refund exceptions may apply in special circumstances, assessed case-by-case
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation terms fair, transparent and simple.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
🔹 More than 60 days before arrival
Full refund minus a €150 admin fee.
(Deposit not required yet if not paid.)
🔹 60–45 days before arrival
Refund of all payments except the initial 25% reservation deposit.
Why: accommodation and partner services are pre-booked on your behalf.
🔹 45–30 days before arrival
Refund of 50% of the total programme price.
🔹 30–14 days before arrival
Refund of 25% of the total programme price.
🔹 Less than 14 days before arrival
No refund.
By this stage, accommodation, activities and services have been paid in full and are non-refundable.
🔹 No-show
If a participant does not arrive without prior notice, the booking is considered a full cancellation and no refund will be issued.
🔹 Date Changes / Transfers
You may request to change your dates once, subject to:
-
availability, and
-
written notice at least 45 days before arrival
A €150 rescheduling fee may apply, depending on season and accommodation.
🔹 Substitutions
If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their booking to another person (friend, relative, etc.) at no extra cost, provided:

we are notified at least 14 days before arrival
-
new participant meets programme criteria
🔹 Group Size Changes
If a booking is made for multiple guests and fewer guests travel, pricing will be recalculated based on the new group size.
Accommodation and activity costs may remain unchanged if they were booked per group, not per person.
🔹 Special Circumstances
If cancellation is due to:

serious illness
-
bereavement
-
travel restrictions
We will review the case individually and may offer:
-
partial refund, or
-
transfer to a later date
This is not guaranteed but handled with empathy.
🔹 Programme Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a programme (e.g., force majeure, safety issue):
You may choose between:
-
100% refund, or
-
credit towards a future date, or
-
alternative programme (if available)
We are not responsible for:
-
flights
-
travel insurance
-
personal expenses
🧾 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
We aim to be flexible and fair.
If you experience unexpected changes, please contact us as early as possible so we can explore options together.
