Singles Explorer Week – Detailed 7-Day Programme (6 nights)
A social, active and inspiring week designed for solo travellers who want to enjoy Mediterranean lifestyle, meet like-minded people and explore the Costa Blanca property market in a relaxed, natural way.
DAY 1 – Arrival & Welcome Social
• Airport or meeting-point pick-up
• Check-in to villa or hotel – private room guaranteed
• Time to settle in, freshen up and explore the accommodation
• Welcome drink with the group and your host
• Gentle introduction to the week: activities, areas, schedule
• Evening tapas together in a local restaurant (included)

DAY 2 – Social Costa Blanca Orientation
A fun, relaxed day so the group can get to know the region and each other.
• Breakfast together
• Scenic coastal drive: Dénia → Jávea → Moraira → Calpe → Altea
• Short, easy walks in marinas and coastal promenades
• Coffee stop with sea view
• Quick visits to coves and viewpoints for photos
• Afternoon free for swimming / cafés / exploring
• Optional sunset viewpoint meet-up

DAY 3 – Sport & Social Day
Sport that’s fun, accessible, and perfect for connecting with others.
• Terrace breakfast
• Padel social session with local coach

• Free afternoon: beach, old town, pool, or small hikes
• Group dinner in a local restaurant (included)

DAY 4 – SUP/Kayak Adventure & Beach Time
• Morning SUP or kayak along the coast
– calm waters, beautiful cliffs and caves
– guided & safe for all levels
• Lunch at a beach bar or back at the villa

• Optional evening: casual drinks by the waterfront

DAY 5 – Property Tour Day (Group Style)
• Morning briefing: budgets, preferences, lifestyle fit
• Area drive through Jávea, Moraira, Benissa Costa
• Viewings of 3–4 properties
– mix of resale, sea-view, modern and new-build options
• Explanation of price levels, rental potential and running costs
• Coffee stop for Q&A
• Return to villa/hotel
• Evening free

DAY 6 – Chill Day + Legal & Lifestyle Q&A + Farewell Dinner
• Free morning — beach, markets, old towns, cafés
• Early afternoon: informal Q&A session
